We have linked a Spanish-language version of the law from the official gazette of Mexico. It is possible to run the document through google translate, though please be aware that the translation may not be perfect. TravelPaws recommends bringing a Spanish-language copy of the relevant sections of the law to Mexico as not all locals are aware of its existence.
